Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to enjoy Jill Spearman's work online. This site aims to meet the WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standard, in line with good practice and the Equality Act 2010.
What we've done
- Semantic, landmark-based HTML with a skip-to-content link.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, menus and the image lightbox, with visible focus styles.
- Text and interface colours chosen to meet AA contrast ratios.
- Meaningful alternative text on artwork and images.
- Respect for the “reduce motion” setting in your browser or device.
- Body text set at a comfortable size and reflowing cleanly on small screens.
Known limitations
Some artwork descriptions are concise; we're happy to provide more detail on request. If you find any part of the site difficult to use, please let us know — we'll do our best to help and to fix it.
Tell us about a barrier
