Who we are

This website is operated by Jill Spearman, an artist based in Chiswick, London. Jill Spearman is the data controller for any personal data you provide through this site. You can reach us at spearman.cjill@gmail.com.

What data we collect

This is a deliberately low-data website. We use cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics), which sets no cookies and does not track you across sites. The only personal data we actively collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form:

• Your name and email address
• The subject and content of your message

Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by email via our email provider (Resend). We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from spam; it is a privacy-preserving, cookieless alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs.

Our lawful basis

We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent (you choose to send the message) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about the artist's work and running the website securely.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting sale or commission, and no longer than reasonably necessary. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.

You have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• restrict or object to our processing of your data;
• data portability.
